This is where your canoe’s shape is formed. A quality canoe comes from a shiny, smooth and clean tooling mold. Always look for a bright shine; it’s built into the canoe. Inexpensive canoes appear dull to the eye. They have bumpy hull lines instead of the clean, smooth line of a well-built canoe form or mold.
